Placement criteria
We are deeply dedicated to the lifelong well-being of every Whippet we produce. Our placement process ensures each puppy matches the right environment to flourish both mentally and physically.
Fenced yard and safety
Due to their innate prey drive and speed, our Whippets require homes with a securely fenced yard where they can sprint safely and play freely.
Show and active homes
We welcome dedicated conformation show homes as well as active companion families who understand the energetic and affectionate nature of sighthounds.
Sighthound experience
Previous sighthound ownership is highly valued. We prioritize families familiar with the sensitive, gentle temperament and exercise needs of the breed.
Comprehensive health and lifetime support
Every Paragon Whippet puppy comes from rigorously health-tested parents with certified evaluations for hearts and eyes. Puppies go to their new homes with complete age-appropriate vaccinations, routine worming, and a registered microchip. We stand proudly behind every dog with dedicated lifetime breeder support, offering guidance through every life stage.
